Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.

Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
